BATON ROUGE, La. -- Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB), the world leader in the development and marketing of flame retardants and other innovative polymer additives and catalysts, will join plastics makers, compounders and molders from around the globe at the world's largest plastics technology exhibition, K 2007, the International Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber, in Dusseldorf, Germany this October.
Albemarle is proud to announce that the company will host its largest exhibit to date at this important event, in hall 6, stand D61.
Visitors to the exhibit will be able to meet Albemarle experts in a broad range of polymer additive and catalyst technologies, and learn about innovative solutions in:
fire safety and flame retardancy for thermoplastics, thermosets,
phenolics, wire & cable, textiles and polystyrenic and polyurethane
foams;
curing of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and sealants; and
catalysis and stabilization of polyolefin plastics.
Technical, business management and sales representatives from the company will be on hand throughout the show to help customers discover improvements and efficiencies in plastics compounding, manufacturing, and application using new and unique additives, synergists, catalysts and intermediates from Albemarle.
